EXCHANGE POLICY
Customers can exchange products within 10 days from the purchase date.
RETURN POLICY
Customers can return products within 4 days from the purchase date.
PRODUCT CONDITIONS
• Products must remain intact, unused, clean, and undamaged.
• Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact (if any). Products should not have been washed or altered by the customer.
• Products on sale are non-refundable or exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
RECEIPT REQUIREMENTS
• Customers must present their receipt or proof of purchase during the exchange/return process.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
• Each product can only be exchanged once.
• Customers will bear any price differences if applicable when exchanging products.
NOTE ON EXCHANGES OR RETURNS WITH PRICE DIFFERENCES
EXCHANGE POLICY:
In cases where the exchanged product is of lower value than the original, the difference will not be refunded in cash but instead issued as a store credit. This credit is valid for 30 days from the date of exchange and can be used toward future purchases, provided that the returned product meets all conditions regarding its state, tags, and invoice as mentioned in section 3.
RETURN POLICY:
If returned within 4 days, customers will be refunded the product’s value in the form of store credit, valid for 30 days from the return date. Products must meet all conditions regarding state, tags, and invoice as outlined in section 3.
RETURN & EXCHANGE LOCATION
Products must be returned or exchanged at the same store location where the original purchase was made.
Returns or exchanges requested at a different Rue Miche store will not be accepted.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
• The following items are not eligible for exchange:
• Undergarments, swimwear, socks, accessories, hats, and earrings.
• Shoes, boots, sandals, or sportswear such as leggings/pants/shorts.
• Discounted items or products purchased on promotion.
• The company reserves the right to refuse exchanges/returns for items that do not comply with these policies.
Rue Miche has the final decision on any disputes regarding exchanges/returns.
