EXCHANGE POLICY
Customers can exchange products within 10 days from the purchase date.
RETURN POLICY
Customers can return products within 4 days from the purchase date.
PRODUCT CONDITIONS
• Products must remain intact, unused, clean, and undamaged.
• Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact (if any). Products should not have been washed or altered by the customer.
• Products on sale are non-refundable or exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
RECEIPT REQUIREMENTS
• Customers must present their receipt or proof of purchase during the exchange/return process.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
• Each product can only be exchanged once.
• Customers will bear any price differences if applicable when exchanging products.
NOTE ON EXCHANGES OR RETURNS WITH PRICE DIFFERENCES
Exchange Policy:
For products with a lower value during exchange, the customer will not receive a refund for the price difference. If the exchange product has a higher value, the customer is required to pay the difference.
Return Policy:
When returning products for refund, customers will receive the refund amount according to the original payment method used. Refunds may take up to 10 days to process, depending on the customer’s bank or payment service.

• Undergarments, swimwear, socks, accessories, hats, and earrings.
• Shoes, boots, sandals, or sportswear such as leggings/pants/shorts.
• Discounted items or products purchased on promotion.
• The company reserves the right to refuse exchanges/returns for items that do not comply with these policies.
